Cedro do Noval very fruit-forward with refreshing acidity and is ready to drink at present. Cedro is a reference to the famous 100-year-old cedar tree that sits next to the Quinta overlooking the Pinhao and Douro rivers. This boasts 35% Syrah in the blend. It has very fruity Syrah notes very dark berry flavors and a nice amount of grip and minerals on the finish to bring the wine into focus.
